1. Responsible for the establishment of technical support team, the development of training plans, personnel training and assessment
2. Do a good job in personnel management, spare parts management and tool management to ensure efficient and orderly work
3. Do a good job in the work safety and work discipline requirements (EHS & amp; 6S）
4. Lead the team to do a good job in customer service and client site technical support, supervise the machine installation and maintenance, troubleshooting, process debugging, and complete the machine up time, equipment installation, process verification and CIP verification goals set by the company on schedule
5. Promote other perfect equipment projects and follow up high priority items
6. Cooperate with all departments to promote client process validation and maintain customer relationship to facilitate business development
7. Supervise the preparation of relevant instructions and SOP
8. Management and maintenance of client office and dormitory
9. Travel to support client troubleshooting and market promotion
10. Other assignments.
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Major in mechanical, electrical, physics and chemistry
At least 3.5 years working experience in semiconductor industry
4. Working experience in Fab or vendor of semiconductor equipment
5. Proficient in operating office software, good English communication skills.
